In our second trip to a Mariner's game with the Millers, we once again enjoyed a warm July day at Safeco field. Attempting vanity, I managed to have my hair loose and flowing, but it did absolutely nothing to keep the sun out of my eyes or to provide an unobstructed view of the players. This necessitated a trip to the souvenier shop and the purchase of a baseball cap to augment my official Mariners jersey.
Alas, my purchase did not seem to inspire the Mariners, since they went on to another loss in a long, sad string of losses. I think I miss Sweet Lou Pinella.
